Having five basic divisions that are: Civil and Infrastructure Division, Industrial Maintenance Division, Industrial Construction Division, Industrial Manufacturing Division and Information Technology Division with Industrial Application; composed of a group of engineers specialized in various production techniques.
INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING
- In the area of manufacturing mechanical metal parts, we have the experience and knowledge to develop different technical and production solutions, according to the specific needs of our customers. We can manufacture pressure vessels, with engineering and standard production, domes for boilers, manufacture and corrective maintenance of heat exchangers, storage tanks, and parts of machinery and production.
- All the design, calculation and construction of our works are executed taking as principle the international norms, as the ASME, code, which is one of the most demanding norms of manufacture at world-wide level counting on the data-report to be able to embody the seal ASME in our products, mainly in the pressure vessels that we manufacture.
INFRASTRUCTURE
- ROADS AND HIGHWAYS: One of the most important areas of Grupo Hosto is the realization of communication roads in different parts of Mexico: Depalmes, Desmontes, Loads and Carriers, Cuts, Fillings, Compactaciones, Roads of controlled gravel and Soil Cement, Pavements of asphalt folder and of simple and reinforced concrete.
- EARTHMOVING: Performance Land cutting in material type "A" and type "B", Demolition of all types.
- BUILDINGS: Construction of buildings, housing units, construction of retaining walls. As well as the design and construction of Industrial Buildings.
- RRIGATION WORKS: Irrigation works have been carried out in various municipalities and government departments.
- DUCTS AND POLYDUCTS: We have extensive experience in the construction of Ducts and Polyducts.
INDUSTRIAL BUILDING
- L.P. GAS STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION PLANTS: The L.P. Gas Receiving, Storage and Distribution Plants are fed by pipeline from PEMEX Gas, from which the Tepeji and Puebla Terminals have been built.
- L.P. GAS SHIPPING CENTERS: We have extensive experience in engineering, and construction of L.P. Gas shippers centers.
- CARBURETION STATIONS: Carburetion stations are powered by auto-tanks. They have one or several car and/or truck filling islands and are complemented by an electric substation and a quarter pump system of the A.C. I. sprinkler system.
- CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR OF PRESSURE VESSELS:Backed by Quality Certifications, we have the ability to build and repair pressure vessels for any product.
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE
- HEAT EXCHANGERS: Grupo Hosto has carried out the maintenance of these equipments under the supervision of PEMEX in different plants in the diverse refineries of the Mexican Republic.
- TOWERS: he intervention of this equipment is another of our specialties within which we have intervened fractionated towers and distillers, accumulators and cooling boxes for various plants of PEMEX refineries.
- STORAGE TANKS: Grupo Hosto has carried out the construction and maintenance of several storage tanks owned by PEMEX.
- REACTORS: PEMEX Refining through the years has trusted us repeatedly, the reactors that integrate the catalytic plants of the diverse refineries of the Mexican Republic.
- COMPRESSORS, TURBINAS AND BOMBS: Grupo Hosto specializes in the installation and maintenance of this type of industrial equipment.
Automatization and T.I.
- From the year 2k we have integrated within the construction of the industrial works, of storage, distribution and handling of the gas l.p., the installation of sophisticated and avant-garde electronic instruments of measurement, to offer to our clients, a technological tool applied to their methods of operation.
- Integrating mass flow meters, coriolis principle, automatic flow valves, pressure and temperature transmitters, level radars, pressure switches, automated handling of compressors and pumps and other automated instrumentation that comes together in a whole, according to the needs requested by our customer.
- To be introduced in the programming and design of systems based on Scadas and PLC's, all this integrated in High Performance Databases, with Interactive web applications. For solutions in fire fighting, entrances and exits, monitoring.
ENGINEERING
- At Grupo Hosto we provide Basic and Detail Engineering services, as required by the project. Through techniques, designs and models, our engineers can solve problems and meet the needs required for the work.
